Telephone Technical Assistance
We can attempt Phone Support first: the first 10 minutes are FREE, after the first 10 minutes you will be charged based on the cost of Home User Remote Support (30 Minute, or $45.00 Minimum). You must accept these terms before calling us for Phone Support.
Travel Charges
If you live within 35 miles of our technician's dispatch location, there is NO travel charge and you will be billed ONLY for the time the technician is on-site at your residence.
If you live outside of our 35 mile radius, you will be charged a travel charge of $25.00 and an additional $25.00 for each additional 35 miles thereafter.
No Printer Hardware Repairs
We do not service printers specifically, however as long as the printer hardware is not defective or broken, we can repair issues related to the printer such as a computer simply not being able to connect.

Typically all systems will be maintained remotely, but in the rare event we need to be on-site to repair hardware for example, purchasing block hours with your service contract will be both efficient and economic for your organization. Example: If your organization purchases 8 hours of on-site service per month, with our (2) hours of standard included support, your organization will get up to 10 hours of on-site support for the first month. If none of those hours are used during the first month, they "rollover" to the next month and your organization will have 20 hours of usable on-site support.
