Residential On-Site Services  
Home/Individual On-site Terms of Service We charge $90.00/hour for support Monday-Friday 8:00AM-8:00PM (Minimum 1 hour for on-site):
After-Hours Emergency Support
After-hours Emergency support is $180.00/hour, includes Monday-Friday 8:00PM-8:00AM and Saturdays or Sundays.
Holidays Emergency Support
Holidays support (Christmas, Thanksgiving, Easter, New Years) is $270.00/hour, includes anytime during the holidays listed.
Telephone Technical Assistance
We can attempt Phone Support first: the first 10 minutes are FREE, after the first 10 minutes you will be charged based on the cost of Home User Remote Support (30 Minute, or $45.00 Minimum). You must accept these terms before calling us for Phone Support.
Travel Charges
If you live within 35 miles of our technician's dispatch location, there is NO travel charge and you will be billed ONLY for the time the technician is on-site at your residence.
If you live outside of our 35 mile radius, you will be charged a travel charge of $25.00 and an additional $25.00 for each additional 35 miles thereafter.
No Printer Hardware Repairs
We do not service printers specifically, however as long as the printer hardware is not defective or broken, we can repair issues related to the printer such as a computer simply not being able to connect.

Ensure that your computing environment is secure. We provide Virus Removal & Protection, Spyware / Popups / Scam Protection.
Internet and E-mail Connection Issues
We can troubleshoot all networking or Internet related problems, including e-mail and file transfer issues.
Wired and Wireless Networking Design
Home network design and implementation, including configuring Wireless Network.
Cell Phone Synchronization
Depending on your type of cell phone and service plan, we can configure your phone to synchronize data such as e-mail and contacts across the Internet or from your PC.

Learn the best practices for organizing your data. We can also teach you the basics of photo manipulation and editing.
Operating System Re-install, System Reformat
If the only way to repair your system is to reformat and re-install the system software, we can help. Includes backing up critical data and documents before reformatting if possible.
