Small-Business On-site Terms of Service

We charge $115.00/hour for support Monday-Friday 8:00AM-8:00PM (Minimum 1 hour for on-site):

After-Hours Emergency Support
After-hours Emergency support is $230.00/hour, includes Monday-Friday 8:00PM-8:00AM and Saturdays or Sundays.
Holidays Emergency Support
Holidays support (Christmas, Thanksgiving, Easter, New Years) is $345.00/hour, includes anytime during the holidays listed.
Travel Charges
If you live within 35 miles of our technician's dispatch location, there is NO travel charge and you will be billed ONLY for the time the technician is on-site at your business. If you live outside of our 35 mile radius, you will be charged a travel charge of $25.00 and an additional $25.00 for each additional 35 miles thereafter.
No Printer Hardware Repairs
We do not service printers specifically, however as long as the printer hardware is not defective or broken, we can repair issues related to the printer such as a computer simply not being able to connect.

Small-Business Remote Support Terms of Service

We charge $115.00/hour for remote support Monday-Friday 8:00AM-8:00PM (1 hour Minimum):

After-Hours Emergency Remote Support
After-hours Emergency remote support is $230.00/hour, includes Monday-Friday 8:00PM-8:00AM and Saturdays or Sundays. There is a 1 hour minimum for emergency remote support.
Holidays Emergency Remote Support
Holidays support (Christmas, Thanksgiving, Easter, New Years) is $345.00/hour, includes anytime during the holidays listed. There is a 1 hour minimum for Holiday remote support.
High-Speed Internet Connection Required
All Remote Support Sessions REQUIRE a broadband Internet connection or better, such as Cox High-Speed, Qwest DSL, T1+. If you have dial-up, we cannot attempt a remote support connection.
Quality Assurance
Chance Technologies LLC reserves the right to record all remote support sessions for quality assurance and legal purposes. It is physical proof that we did the job we are hired to do, and also helps our customers if there are any disputes. Please feel free to request a copy of the recorded session by e-mailing This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it and include the date/time and full customer information so that we can retrieve the session and promptly send it to you.
