Chance Technologies LLC reserves the right to record all support sessions for quality assurance and also legal reasons. It is physical proof that we did the job we said we would, and it also helps our customers if there are any disputes. Please feel free to request a copy of the recorded session by e-mailing support with the date/time and full customer information so that we can retrieve the session from our records and promptly send it to you.

If you have already spoken with a support representative and have your 6-digit access PIN code, please enter it below and click "Connect to Technician."  This begin your support session.  After the button has been clicked, you will be prompted to download a file.  Click "Run" to download and Run the file.  If it asks again to run the file, please click Yes/OK/Run to Run the program.  This is the program that connects your computer to our support technician.
