• COMPUTER TRAINING: We provide training for computers, operating systems, and most commonly used programs. This includes Windows, Apple (Macintosh), and Linux. Our technicians are friendly and interface with humans as well as they do with computers! ;-)

• TRAVEL CHARGE: If you live within 35 miles of our technician's dispatch location, there is NO travel charge and you will be billed ONLY for the time the technician is on-site at your residence or business. If you live outside of our 35 mile radius, you will be charged a travel charge of $25.00.

• NO PRINTER HARDWARE: We do not support servicing of Printer hardware. We can fully integrate printers into your computing environment, including printer software and networking configurations, we just cannot repair the physical printer equipment if broken.
