Instant Remote IT Support Services   -   $45.00/30 minutes or $90.00/hour

We support all versions of Microsoft Windows, Apple Macintosh, and Linux.

To begin your remote support session, please contact support@chancetechnologies.org or CALL 623.565.8776 to speak to a Live Technician. We will give you the 6-digit PIN code you will need below to initiate the connection.

If you have already spoken with a support representative and have your 6-digit access PIN code, please enter it below and click "Connect to Technician."  This begin your support session.  After the button has been clicked, you will be prompted to download a file.  Click "Run" or "Open" to download and Run the file.  If it asks again to run the file, please click Yes/OK/Run to Run the program.  This is the program that connects your computer to our support technician.
